What do I do and what’s in it for you?
My goal in life is to help individuals and teams thrive. Productivity, happiness and skills. I use my skills as a Structures Engineer in my day-to-day activities, coupled with skills that I am currently learning on my journey to becoming an Accredited Executive Coach and my skills improving and developing Business Processes and Productivity to do this. Engineering
My Engineering career has been an exciting one and I’ve had the honour of being able to:
- Complete a PhD specialising in non-linear vibration of aircraft panels due to high acoustic loading
- Clearance of the Aft Fuselage of the F-35 aircraft due to acoustic fatigue
- Lead the checkstress clearance of the structural integrity of the Fixed Leading Edge of the Airbus A350
- Establish new processes for numerous structural engineering processes:
- Improving quality by establishing a consistent baseline
- Improving time to complete analysis by removing waste
- Improving customer satisfaction by allowing for improved coverage and aligning structural analysis to a Digital Twin type approach
- Early lifecycle and concept design of a number of aircraft, including the early work on Tempest
- Supported a number of entrepreneurs in establishing their business and define their strategy
